Yulee Lee, PhD

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Yulee is co-founder of Khora Collective and serves as Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, she is Chief Operating Officer of Stuff You Can Use, Guest Faculty Instructor at Wheaton College, Brand Ambassador for The Authentic Asian, and Founder of The Change Leadership Institute. She holds a PhD in organizational leadership from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a MPP from the University of Chicago. She and her husband, Dave, live in Orange County and have a son.

Alexander Jun, PhD

Co-Founder & Chief of Strategic Partnerships & Development

Alex is co-founder of Khora Collective and serves as Chief of Strategic Partnerships. He is Director of Intercultural Development at Serge, and research professor with the Asian American Center at Fuller Seminary. He was the founder and executive director of the Korean American Leadership Initiative (KALI) and 45th Moderator of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). Alex holds a PhD from University of Southern California. He and his wife live in Los Angeles County and have 3 children.

Joyce is co-founder of Khora Collective and serves as Chief of Content and Engagement. Additionally, she is CEO at Refuge for Strength, is on the teaching team at Church 360, hosts the podcast called Adopting Hope, and is a regular preacher. She holds a JD from Boston College and MDiv from Metro Atlanta Seminary. She and her husband, Tim, live in Wheaton, IL and have 3 children.

Joyce Koo Dalrymple, ESQ, Mdiv

Jenn is co-founder of Khora Collective and serves as Chief of Spiritual Formation. Additionally, she is a Spiritual Director, Executive Coach, Co-Director at Summit Clear and served as a church planter and regional leader for Pioneers for 25 years in Asia. Her book, Dim Sum and Faith: How Our Stories Shape Our Souls will be released in 2025. She has a MA from Biola University. She and husband, John, live in Seattle and have 4 adult children.

Richard Lee, Mdiv

Co-Founder & Chief of Operations

Richard is co-founder of Khora Collective and serves as Chief of Operations. Additionally, he is Global Officer of Public Engagement at International Justice Mission, teaching pastor at Highrock Church, a TEDx speaker and host of the podcast called The Pursuit with Richard Lee. Richard is a board member of Frontier Fellowship and advisory board member of One Days Wages. He holds a MDiv from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Theresa, live in New Jersey and have two children.
